AI Startup Mentor provides AI-powered video mentoring sessions and personalized action plan reports for founders and entrepreneurs. The Service is for informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute professional business, legal, or financial advice.

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed through our third-party payment provider. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase. Due to the nature of the Service (real-time AI sessions and delivered reports), refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology powering AI Startup Mentor are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the ideas and information you share during sessions. The action plan reports delivered to you are yours to use freely.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that feedback from the AI mentor will lead to specific business outcomes. You use the Service at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Startup Mentor and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
